The Wellbeing of Working Mothers before and after a COVID-19 Lockdown

Background: This is the third article from a project on wellbeing of staff, students, and parents at Welsh-medium Secondary School. It focuses working mothers before COVID-19 lockdown, immediately after perceptions longer-term impact pandemic. The research used process model, which examines predictors positive negative outcomes.
 Aims: study had three aims. First, to examine whether model can be applied mothers. Secondly, investigate addition new variables model. Finally, lockdown identify post-lockdown wellbeing.
 Methodology: was carried out with informed consent volunteers (N=202; mean age = 42.7 years, standard deviation (sd) 8.5) approval School Psychology, Cardiff University, ethics committee.
